This class will take place weekly for 4 consecutive weeks and last approximately 2 hours each. The first class will begin May 24th at 11am.

- Creating your vision for birth

- Understanding changes leading to labor & delivery

- Managing pain naturally & your options

- Run through of hospital interventions & your options

- Breastfeeding 101 & postpartum

Plus, a 30-minute prenatal Pilates class

during each session!

After the class you will be provided with audio meditations to help you find comfort during pregnancy & birth. Birth education will be taught by Christina Baltazar, Certified Birth Educator, VBAC Mama and mother to 6. Prenatal Pilates will be taught by Burn Pilates
